What counts toward a plan?
The subcontractor limit is the number of active vendors on your account. Archive a vendor when you no longer work with them. Each successful AI certificate read uses one read; unsuccessful extraction is refunded. Manual entry and corrections do not use AI reads.
Can I try a certificate first?
Check one COI free without signing up. Ongoing tracking requires a paid plan.
Setup help is included
We can help load your existing COIs and configure your requirements, up to your first 50 subs within your plan’s active-sub limit. Starter holds 25; Growth holds 150; Pro holds 500. Ask about setup.
Billing and cancellation
Choose monthly billing or yearly billing at ten times the monthly price. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at renewal. Cancel through billing settings. Your first payment has a 30-day money-back guarantee; contact us to request a refund.
What do the checks establish?
Certy checks what the certificate shows against the requirements you set. A COI does not itself change policy coverage. Review AI results and obtain relevant endorsements or broker confirmation when needed.
