The service
Certy helps you collect, organize and check certificates of insurance against requirements you define. Automated extraction can contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing certificates and for your contractual and insurance decisions. Certy does not provide insurance, legal or risk-management advice, and a certificate of insurance does not itself guarantee coverage.
Accounts and billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. You can cancel any time from billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
30-day money-back guarantee. If Certy isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. This applies to your first subscription payment only.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data and files you and your vendors upload. You grant us the rights needed to host and process them to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to upload them.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or upload unlawful content.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
