How to use it
- List each relevant property and management entity before requesting evidence.
- Compare the vendor work scope to the agreement and review specialty work separately.

Example in practice
A landscaper serves three buildings owned by different entities. One certificate record may be convenient, but the reviewer must still check the entity requirements for each contract.
One reviewed submission does not automatically establish that every property and legal entity is covered.
