COI Renewal Reminder Email Templates
Chase the policy that is expiring. Re-sending the same still-current GL certificate will not resolve a workers comp renewal request.

How to use it
- Confirm the coverage type, policy number and expiration date from the latest evidence.
- Choose the reminder stage below and remove the other stages before sending.
- After receiving a renewal, check the new effective date, limits, insured identity and required endorsements before closing the request.

Example in practice
A landscaper sends an updated auto policy when the request concerns GL. Repeating the coverage type and policy number in the reminder helps the agent return the correct document.
A missing renewal document does not by itself prove cancellation. Distinguish missing evidence from confirmed lack of insurance; handle work authorization under your contract.
